Tasks Strategic Leadership : Drive operational excellence and strategic direction, ensuring alignment with our core values and vision. Team Expansion and Management : Build and nurture a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration. Sales and Growth Strategy : Develop and implement strategies to boost sales, expand client base, and enter new markets. Operational Oversight : Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effective management of resources. Client Relationship Management : Maintain and grow relationships with our prestigious clients, ensuring their needs are met with our cutting-edge solutions. Collaboration and Integration : Seamlessly integrate operations with our IT partner agency, leveraging synergies for maximum impact. Requirements Proven experience in a COO or similar leadership role, preferably in the digital agency or IT sector. Strong business acumen with a track record of driving growth and operational excellence. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams. Deep understanding of the digital landscape, including trends and challenges. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for building client relationships. Fluency in English.
