Stellenbeschreibung: Intro Join as a co-founder in a rapidly growing e-commerce agency Conzia GmbH is an eCommerce Agency specializing in scaling up D2C brands in the USA and the UK markets. Our headquarters is in Berlin, Germany, with offices in the UK and Pakistan. We work with 1000+ small D2C brands offering our services and software in the USA and the UK markets. Tasks We are looking for a Co-Founder for Business Development to scale up the company's sales operations in the USA. Requirements You have experience working in sales preferably in a digital marketing agency You have a fighter mindset and you do not give up until the job is successfully done You know how to lead, motivate, and get the jobs done successfully from your team You know how to stay calm and navigate through challenging times and difficult situations You are available to start immediately Benefits The role is based on equity and revenue share Great opportunity to join a rapidly growing eCommerce agency and build your team from scratch in the USA Closing Important Note This is an equity and revenue share based role with no upfront salary.
