Stellenbeschreibung: ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Chief of Staff you'll act as the "right hand” of our founders in the day-to-day management of the company. You provide the necessary information to make effective decisions, and you're responsible to prioritize and execute strategic projects. ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL: Lead and drive cross-departmental strategic projects, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with company goals and vision Work closely with our founders and act as an integrator and communicator across the organization Enable senior management and their teams to focus on their functional expertise by aligning goals, creating transparency, and ensuring smooth communication through the implementation and monitoring of OKRs Build lasting relationships with stakeholders across the company. Keep an ear to the pulse of the organization and its needs, ensuring the flow of information both bottom-up and top-down. Work closely with all departments, especially Finance, to provide necessary information for effective strategic decisions Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through to successful execution Use an analytical approach to simplify problems and serve as a sparring partner for senior management in strategic and operational questions WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-growing SaaS company or as a management consultant at a top-tier consultancy Extensive experience in managing strategic and cross-functional projects end-to-end Highly analytical, numbers-driven, and hands-on, with the ability to persuade people through empathetic and people-oriented communication Problem solver with a can-do mentality and a highly structured and organized working method.
