Tasks Leadership and Coordination: Guide and coordinate top teams globally to align efforts with the strategic objectives of the organization. Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operations and drive the implementation of strategic projects across various departments. Strategic Initiatives: Develop and oversee key initiatives that support the organization’s goals, ensuring efficient progress and alignment with long-term objectives. Process Improvement: Lead the optimization of internal processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, facilitating better decision-making and resource allocation. Requirements You possess a strong sensitivity to UI/UX and a passion for applications. You are capable of being both hyper-logical and highly creative. You have excellent interpersonal skills and are receptive to feedback. You are fluent in English. You have worked at McKinsey, Bain, BCG or at a Venture Capital firm. You have founded your own business (bonus point). You hold a quantitative degree from a top-tier university.
