- Intro We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Chief Project
Manager (CPM) to lead and oversee Waste-to-Energy EPC projects. This
role offers a unique opportunity to drive complex infrastructure
projects that contribute to a more sustainable future. If you have a

waste into a valuable resource. Tasks Oversee the full lifecycle of
waste-to-energy projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Develop and implement project execution strategies to optimize
performance. Manage multi-disciplinary teams across engineering,
procurement, construction, and commissioning. Ensure compliance with
environmental regulations, emissions standards, and safety
requirements. Handle contract negotiation, risk management, and claims
resolution for EPC projects. Coordinate financial planning, budget
control, and cost optimization for large-scale projects. Ensure
seamless collaboration between design, procurement, and construction
teams. Lead stakeholder engagement, client communication, and
high-level negotiations. Implement project risk assessment frameworks
to mitigate delays and cost overruns. Foster a high-performance team
culture, managing international contractors and JV partners.
Requirements Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or
Environmental); PMP, PRINCE2 certification is a plus. 10+ years of
experience in EPC project management, with at least 5 years in WtE,
power plants, or heavy industrial projects. Strong expertise in WtE
technologies, including incineration, gasification, and emissions
control. Experience with EPC, EPCM, and BOT contracts, including FIDIC
frameworks. Knowledge of financial planning, CAPEX/OPEX management,
and project funding models. Strong decision-making and leadership
skills in complex, fast-paced environments. Global exposure managing
international EPC projects across multiple jurisdictions. Benefits
