Tasks Lead daily operations of the company Oversee finance and accounting Design and implement business strategies and procedures Manage and monitor quarterly goals setting and achievement Establish policies that promote company culture and vision Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication Monitoring KPIs to ensure organizational health Functional Team Lead to the commercial team Requirements Several years in similar/relevant positions in a startup/small company Track record of successfully scaling a SaaS business, ideally B2B Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities Excellent communication skills and unconditional will to succeed Diligent and prescient personality, self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving Strongly focused on achieving effective outcomes Fluent in English, ideally also German Benefits Competitive salary with performance-based bonus scheme Constructive and tolerant atmosphere with room for failure and learning Office in the center of Munich near Marienplatz Flexible working hours and place of work Closing Interested?
