- Intro Are you a visionary leader with a proven track record in driving
business growth? KOBIL is seeking a dynamic Chief Growth Officer (CGO)
to oversee Marketing, Sales, and Business Development. Reporting
directly to the CEO, you will spearhead our growth initiatives, craft
compelling strategies, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve
ambitious goals. Join us to shape the future of secure digital
ecosystems and drive our global success. Tasks Develop and execute a
holistic growth strategy, integrating marketing, sales, and business
development initiatives. Lead and mentor diverse teams across
marketing, sales, and business development to deliver outstanding
performance. Craft compelling brand messaging and oversee its delivery
across multiple channels. Build strong, strategic partnerships with
industry leaders, agencies, and stakeholders. Identify and pursue new
revenue streams, markets, and business opportunities. Ensure alignment
of all growth strategies with the company’s vision and objectives.
Leverage data analytics and market insights to optimize campaigns and
growth initiatives. Represent KOBIL at high-profile events,
conferences, and partner meetings. Requirements A degree from a
top-tier university in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA
preferred). Proven experience in a leadership role at a top company,
consultancy, or agency (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent).
Exceptional skills in marketing, sales, and business development with
a strong track record of achieving growth targets. Deep understanding
of digital marketing strategies, sales pipelines, and growth hacking
techniques. Excellent leadership and team management skills with a
collaborative approach. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving,
and decision-making abilities. Outstanding communication and
presentation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are
a plus). High level of accountability, self-motivation, and drive to
