Due to the progressive expansion of our team, we are looking for an experienced and passionate aviation enthusiast to join our ambitious team in Linz (Hörsching). Tasks Our P145 maintenance facility is headquartered in Linz-Hörsching, Austria (LOWL/LNZ). In this position you will be responsible for: Acting as certifying staff in a P145 maintenance organization Signing off inspections and general tasks / repair work Performing all maintenance which is relevant for the safe operation of the flight Carrying out scheduled / unscheduled maintenance and defect rectification Providing AOG support throughout Europe Completing all work to regulations, i.e. using manuals, related manufacturers publications, approved company documents, procedures and policies Performing component maintenance within the approved workscope Requirements EASA Part-66 AML Licence, Category B1 (additionally B2 / C is an advantage) and with minimum 1 aircraft type in ‘’very light jet’’ aircraft Type-rating on C510 is an advantage but is not mandatory (type-rating can also be made in our company ) Experience in line and base maintenance environment on ‘’very light jet’’ aircraft is preferred Experience working in General Aviation is an advantage Previous work experience in component maintenance, i.e. wheels, batteries, ect Previous work experience in engines, i.e. boroscope inspection and troubleshooting Effective interpersonal communication skills Highly self-motivated and proactive with a willingness to take initiative Flexible approach to work, to match the operational requirements Basic computer knowledge of engineering software programs Fluent in English to a minimum of B 2 (ICAO Level 5) standard Must have the right to live and work in Austria Benefits An exciting and challenging task for ambitious business aviation engineer A secure job in a successful, internationally active company International environment with a multi-cultural team An open and respectful corporate culture characterized by a refreshing team spirit Permanent, Full time position Annual Gross Salary: Ranging from €35,000 to €70,000(compensation will be calculated based on experience, skills and factors such as completed AML licenses B1/B2/C, Certifying Staff capabilities, TR/Mustang C510 capabilities, AOG capabilities, internal authorizations, and other relevant variables) Closing GlobeAir is the leading and award-winning private jet charter company in Europe offering on-demand charter flights at competitive rates.
