Ihre Aufgaben
- Representing Mondu with a helpful and understanding demeanor to
provide users with an exceptional Mondu experience.
- Developing creative approaches to problem solving and taking
ownership of projects.
- Communicating with customers through different channels and at
different points of their customer journey
- Exceeding customer expectations when they contact us with questions
or problems by taking ownership of their issues and finding
appropriate solutions in collaboration with internal and external
stakeholders
- Utilizing available tools to solve problems and suggesting
improvements to tools and processes
Unsere Anforderungen
- Strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic, friendly,
diplomatic, and composed approach, coupled with a hands-on mentality
- Prior experience in customer service or operations
- Familiarity with helpdesk applications (Zendesk, Freshdesk,
HubSpot, etc.), is advantageous, but not mandatory
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Dutch and good English
language skills
- Speaking German would be a plus
- Attentiveness and a natural inclination to assist others when
needed
- Commitment to precise and open communication
