Your tasks: - Programming of components in HyperMill CAM and on the machine (Siemens 840D, Mazatrol SmoothX) - Independent control of components with modern measuring equipment (dimensions and tolerances) - Assistance in the continuous process optimization of workflows, optimize the life and use of cutting tools - Work cross functionally with related departments - e.g., work with Manufacturing Engineering to improve processes, equipment & tooling, and machining efficiency - e.g., improve manufacturing standards and process requirements - e.g., support digital improvements and innovations while working with manufacturing execution systems - Assist Manufacturing Lab team in development of tooling and new equipment commissioning and implementation Your profile: - Educational background as Cutting machine Operator, CNC Programmer, CNC Technician - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in CNC job setup - Minimum of 2 years’ Experience with 3 axis or 5 axis Machining center required - Experience in Conversational Programming (Siemens 840D and/or Mazatrol SmoothX) - Experience with a CAM system (ideally HyperMill) - Must be able to work from complex and detailed documentation and/or verbal and written instructions depending on situation - Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions setup sheets - Experience with operating and maintaining a wide variety of hand and power tools, shop tools, test equipment.
