As a Business Development Representative (d/f/m) , you will be in the driver’s seat, actively building our sales pipeline and being the first point of contact for potential clients. You’ll be at the forefront of introducing our innovative SaaS solution to the market, explaining its value to customers, and driving interest that leads to revenue growth. You’ll play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and breaking into new markets. This is not a job where you’ll spend hours hammering the phone – our target group is instantly excited about what we’re offering, they just have to know about it.. In this role, you’re not just supporting sales – you’re owning the early stages of the sales process, identifying potential clients, and creating interests that lead to booked demos and, ultimately, revenue. With the support of a Team Lead who is committed to your career growth, you’ll have the autonomy to explore new opportunities and make a significant impact from day one. Tasks Your Goals for the First 6 Months: Generate Interests: Create and nurture interests in our CRM by booking demos with potential clients. Your goal is to secure the first meeting and set the stage for successful client engagement. Drive Revenue: Generate MRR by converting your booked demos into successful deals. Build the Pipeline: Actively prospect and qualify leads, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities into the sales pipeline. We will set you up for success, handing you the tools and sending you to the relevant industry events. Achieve Meeting Targets: Consistently hit your target of booked meetings, demonstrating your ability to drive the sales process forward.Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with the senior sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads, contributing to the overall success of the sales cycle.
