looking for a German speaking Business Development Representative
(BDR) to join our team at our Cologne office location in Germany.
1WorldSync is the industry leader in product content management. With
approximately 700 employees across the US, Brazil, Canada, France,
Germany, Portugal, Switzerland, and the UK, we’re seeking a Business
Development Representative to support our growing global team.
Reporting directly to our Manager, Sales Development, the Business
Development Representative will play a key role securing new meetings
for our Account Executive and Customer Success teams in the European
market. Aufgaben Drive execution of new business meeting and pipeline
goals by understanding and analyzing top of the funnel metrics Conduct
outreach via email and cold calls at a minimum of 40+ prospects per
day Shape partnerships with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Sales
Operations, Enablement, and Product Marketing teams to successfully
collaborate on new sales development campaigns to drive qualified
meetings Work closely with our teams to develop an outreach strategy
Research accounts and identify key decision makers Conduct high-level
conversations with potential decision makers within targeted accounts
Execute on the outreach strategy - developing a strong pipeline of
meetings for our quota carrying reps Consistently achieve qualified
meeting goals to ensure company revenue objectives are met Keep lead
and prospect information updated in CRM Profil Bachelor’s Degree or
equivalent experience Professional experience as a BDR or in a
comparable position Fluent in English and German - written and spoken
Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to segment our
prospect and customer base to identify targets Excellent presentation
skills Feel a deep sense of ownership, accountability, pride, and
passion for your work Have a reputation with cross-functional teams as
