challenges alongside our founding team. Tasks As the Business
Development Representative at CONROO, you will make a lasting impact
by driving the growth of the company through strategic client
acquisition and relationship-building. Your efforts will shape the
future of our sales approach, creating a scalable foundation that
supports long-term success. Sales and Strategy Execution Create a
structured, professional sales strategy that aligns with the
company’s values and mission, transitioning from a founder-driven
approach to a scalable, team-oriented model. Develop and implement
sales processes and procedures that can be scaled as the company
grows. Execute sales strategies, including identifying target clients,
creating sales pipelines, and closing deals. Drive sales by utilising
cold calling, personalized emails, networking, and leveraging industry
events Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure
profitable deals for the company. Provide regular reports on sales
performance and pipeline status. Client Relationship Build
relationships with key decision-makers, and develop a deep
understanding of their business needs, processes, and pain points.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients,
highlighting the unique value proposition of our software solution.
Collaboration Collaborate with the product development team to ensure
that our software meets the needs of our clients and stays ahead of
the competition. Train and mentor new sales team members as the team
expands. Requirements Essential skills and experiences: Fluent German
language skills are a prerequisite for this position, as it involves
engaging with German partners and customers, and the ability to
communicate confidently and effectively Bachelor's degree in Business,
Sales, or a related field 3+ years of experience in B2B sales
(ideally, SaaS), with a proven track record of success in selling
complex and high-value software solutions to clients Experience with
CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and the ability to use data
to drive decision-making and optimize the sales process Strong
communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate
the value of our software solution to C-level executives Excellent
negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of closing deals
with high-value contracts Ability to work independently and as part of
a team, with a focus on results and a passion for driving revenue
growth Excellent written and oral communication skills in English;
further languages are a plus Nice-to-have skills and experiences:
Prior professional experience in startups, consulting firms, or other
fast-paced environments, particularly in logistics, business
development, project management, or finance Personal values and
beliefs: A commitment to consistently raise standards by improving
quality and efficiency in all aspects of work Ability to thoroughly
understand and analyze complex client processes, including detailed
knowledge of systems & operations, to ensure the proper implementation
of our product. An independent, hands-on mindset with a
'never-stop-learning' attitude and a desire to grow alongside the team
A strong sense of accountability, taking initiative to see tasks
