client, a media company with offices internationally, this role is
based at the Berlin office An award-winning video production company
that specialises in creating content and providing a platform for some
of the biggest brands worldwide to tell their story! Their clients
include Microsoft, Starbucks, Build-a-bear and Mercedes Benz Tasks
Business Development Manager Job Purpose The BDM role covers all the
key objectives and requirements of a BDM role to achieve individual
and team targets for the year. The BDM reports into the Sales Manager,
collaborating closely to ensure that they hit sales targets and
deliver results for the project they are working on, where you will be
sourcing potential new business avenues. Excellent base salary plus
OTE will take you to around 180,000 euros Only the best need apply!
Requirements An enthusiasm for the world of media and content creation
2 years+ of previous sales experience (preferably with some in media/
subscriptions) A proven track record of success in a BDM role across a
variety of different projects and industry sectors Familiarity with
selling to decision makers at c-suite level The ability to research,
learn and understand industry-specific issues and have a highly
organised approach to developing partnerships A strong interest in
news and current affairs The ability to thrive in a fast-paced
start-up environment Highly proficient Microsoft Office Suite, Google
Suite and Linked In skills Fluency in English with exceptional written
and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Confidence and
adaptability Self-motivation and ambition to succeed Benefits Benefits
