- The B2P (Business to Partner) department looks after our tourism sales
partners all over the world. From online travel agencies to rental car
brokers, from meta channels to multimodal platforms - together with
our colleagues, we ensure that customers always find their perfect
SIXT rental car for their next trip, no matter which platform they
start their search on and where they want to travel. You will enrich
our team by closely following market trends and performance,
developing and enlarging our product portfolio, identifying additional
business opportunities and implementing and carrying out

ROLE AT SIXT You monitor and analyse partner performance on a market
level, track relevant KPIs, identify needs and prepare regular
management reportings You collaborate seamlessly with various
stakeholders, such as Pricing, Revenue Management, Account Management,
Operations, Finance etc. in order to define growth and optimization
potentials and secure high-quality standards – externally across
customer touchpoints online as well as internally You align, implement
and manage international promotional activities, track their
performance and derive recommendations for future sales activities and
strategic measures You lead the conception and execution of diverse
projects with different stakeholders and act as the primary
representative of our division in cross-functional projects You dive
deep into product setups and develop new products to be offered via
partner sales channels You establish and maintain detailed
documentation and trainings for existing and newly implemented setups
& procedures YOUR SKILLS MATTER Education and Experience You have a
degree in economics, tourism or a comparable course of study and
already gained practical experience in tourism, revenue management,
account/product management or related areas Analytical Skills You
enjoy working with numbers, are detail-oriented and analytically
strong, and you excel at deriving actions based on KPIs Soft Skills

assert yourself and have a hands-on mentality Tools / Systems You are
proficient in using the MS Office suite, particularly MS PowerPoint
and Excel Languages and International Exposure You have basic
knowledge of German as well as fluency in English and you enjoy
