Stellenbeschreibung: Your mission As a Business Development Manager at our Hamburg location, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and managing relationships with key business partners. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our company's growth and market expansion efforts. Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the industry to drive business growth. Collaborate with internal teams to develop mutually beneficial business strategies and initiatives. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements ensuring terms are aligned with company goals and objectives. Monitor and evaluate partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Act as a liaison between our company and business partners, ensuring effective communication and relationship management. Your profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, economics, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or a related role. Proven track record of successfully establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships. Strong business expertise and ability to understand market dynamics and identify growth opportunities. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. Project Management skills. Proficiency in German and English, both written and verbal. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a dynamic team environment. Why us?
