- Intro We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business
Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a
crucial part in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities,
building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving the
growth of our audio processing solutions. Your expertise in market
analysis, strategic planning, and client engagement will be key in
achieving our goal of expanding our market presence and seamlessly
integrating our technologies into our customers’ products. Tasks
Market Expansion : Identify and pursue new business opportunities and
partnerships through various channels, including industry events,
online research, networking, and proactive outreach. Customer
Engagement : Develop and maintain relationships with potential and
existing customers, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and
aligning our offerings to meet those needs. Strategic Planning :
Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement
strategies for business growth and market penetration. Sales Support :
Work closely with the sales team to generate leads, respond to
inquiries, and prepare proposals and presentations for potential
clients. Market Research : Conduct market research to identify trends,
customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing insights to guide
product development and marketing strategies. Collaboration : Liaise
with the technical team to ensure a thorough understanding of our
products and services, facilitating effective communication with
clients. Requirements Bachelor’s, master’s degree or PhD in
Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Excellent
presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey
value propositions to diverse audiences. Self-motivated and proactive
with a passion for driving business growth and building lasting
relationships. Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand
market trends and customer needs. Ideal: Proven experience in business
