Part of the group are "happyglam” - a vegan, natural and eco-friendly beauty brand that brings beauty treatments to our homes - and "kerbholz” , a brand that offers high-quality furnishing products and jewelry that are connected to nature. Aufgaben Your tasks as a Business Development Manager: You will support our founder in all areas of operations (inventory planning / placing + tracking reorders / negotiations with our suppliers) You play a role in our new product development processes You optimize our processes across the company and focus on your own projects that have maximum success for the company (e.g. taking over responsibility for our B2B sales channel) You are heavily involved in the strategic decisions of both brands You have a broad entrepreneurial interest and would also like to take on your own projects (e.g. setting up an NPS system, referral program etc.) in other areas of the company Qualifikation You gained min. 1 year of experience in a similar field (start up, VC, consulting) You are interested in KPIs and you want to keep optimizing them You enjoy working hands-on You studied a subject in the field of economics at university You are fluent in English, German is a plus You live in Berlin Benefits Flexibility to structure your working day Home office regularly possible Competitive salary 20 days remote work in addition to home office BVG ticket in addition to salary Part of a young & dynamic team with flat hierarchies, fast decision-making processes and the opportunity to help shape the future of Happyglam Regular team events Noch ein paar Worte zum Schluss We are very much looking forward to receiving your application!
