The company delivers solutions that streamline the integration, comparison, and analysis of large volumes of complex data, helping customers make informed decisions in critical situations. For their Healthcare division, we are looking for a Business Development Director Healthcare (m/f/d) to drive market expansion, develop sales strategies, and lead the growth in the German healthcare sector. Your Role: Business Development and Sales Take full ownership of business development and sales within the Healthcare market in Germany, autonomously generating leads and expanding your network. Identify, track, and pursue new opportunities, negotiating contracts and closing deals with key stakeholders. Build and Lead Your Team As you grow the market and sales, you’ll have the opportunity to build your own team, positioning yourself for a strategic leadership role at the Director level. Networking and Relationship Building Cultivate strong relationships with hospitals, regional authorities, government officials, physicians, and healthcare bodies. Present our innovative solutions to decision-makers, guiding them through product demonstrations and proposals. Market Analysis and Reporting Stay ahead of the market by continuously analyzing competitors, customer needs, and trends in the German healthcare sector. Provide regular reports and strategic insights to the Healthcare sales management. Representation and Customization Act as the face of our Healthcare division in Germany, managing client relationships and overseeing budgetary responsibilities. Customize our solutions to meet the specific needs of regional clients. Your Profile: Professional Experience At least 5 years of senior business development or sales experience in the Healthcare-IT sector, with a proven track record of driving results. A "hunter" mentality with a strong ability to open doors and close deals within Healthcare groups. Network and Relationship Building An established network in the Healthcare IT sector, with a history of building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders. A deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by hospitals, regional authorities, and other healthcare organizations. Skills and Mobility Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, paired with a collaborative mindset. Willingness to travel within Germany to meet clients and expand networks.
