The Business Process Analyst will play a pivotal role in analyzing, designing, and implementing AI-driven solutions to optimize business processes. The ideal candidate possesses a strong blend of business acumen, analytical skills, and technical proficiency in artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies that are available today in the market. Your Tasks Process Analysis & Improvement: Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Recommend and implement AI-driven solutions to streamline operations. AI Solution Development: Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and challenges. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Provide training and support for teams adopting new AI tools and processes. Project Management: Lead projects using Agile or Scrum methodologies to ensure timely delivery. Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Track and report on project progress and outcomes. Continuous Learning & Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning. Propose innovative ideas to maintain a competitive edge in technology adoption. Your Profile: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Very good German and English skills Technical Skills: Strong understanding of AI technologies and machine learning algorithms. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. Business Analysis Skills: Expertise in process mapping, modeling, and re-engineering. Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Excellent analytical skills with a focus on detail. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
