Tasks As a BUSINESS ANALYST you will support RFI/FRQ/SPOT Processes Manage data of customer projects: preparation/cleaning/plausibility checks & clarification with customers RFI / RFQ structure definition (columns, content, rules) Technical Set up & testing in our in-house e-sourcing solution u-tender Customer communication Data & process documentation Supplier Search/ Chasing / Support via phone & Mail (active & passive) Analysis of reasonable scenarios Awarding & Communication Monitoring & Controlling & Spot Updates during the year Reporting (internal & external) Build cross-functional partnerships, internally and externally Manage customer requirements and support their development Maintain a competitive market knowledge E-Sourcing Solution Maintenance Requirements WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING IS MOTIVATION minimum Job starter with 2-3 years experience Very Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot, vlookup. etc) Fluent in English German beneficial Strong analytical and problem solving skills - strong personal commiment procurement and/or supply chain experience (supplier or induytry) Result and quality orientation precise way of working High degree of customer service orientation Willingness and potential for learning and development (keep the company standards) Highly motivated, innovative, creative Benefits WHAT YOU WILL GET Great On-boarding You grow according to your performance!
