Stellenbeschreibung: Einleitung We are looking for a Backend/Fullstack Developer to help us develop our backend and integrations in particular. You will work with our small team consisting of developers, founders and a UX designers. We offer the opportunity to become full-stack by teaching you Python and Django. Aufgaben You translate business requirements into functional specifications and actual software and ensure fit of the solution with client/ValueWorks business need You develop end-to-end solutions from concept-development with internal or client stakeholders to MVP/final implementation Qualifikation Strong programming skills Familiar with git version control 0-3 years of experience in software development Web development experience using either fastAPI, Django or Flask Full proficiency in either English or German Nice to have Experience with python Business understanding / interested in business key figures Ability to work with large, multi-dimensional data sets Machine-learning experience with non-stationary data Experience with Facebook Prophet or scikit Benefits ValueWorks is characterized by flat hierarchies, fast communication channels and a young and dynamic team that appreciates you and your work We welcome you in our office in Karlsruhe, but you also have the opportunity to work from home full-time You will work independently on projects and take full responsibility for them You will receive active support through mentoring, career counseling, professional development and networking opportunities Every few months we meet for an offsite event and celebrate our successes
