Stellenbeschreibung: Über uns At ERASYS GmbH we are looking for a BI Consultant who thrives in the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and business intelligence. Founded over 20 years ago in Berlin, Erasys aims to continously improve the development of their LGTBQIA+ dating app, ROMEO, based in Amsterdam. It is formed by a diverse, open-minded and dynamic team of 55 employees from all over the world that work together to enhance friendly dating and Exchange. You will be responsible for the Data Engineering and Data Analytics of our projects. The role involves being the heart of our data-driven strategy in order to implement innovative BI solutions that empower our team to make informed decisions. Aufgaben Building robust data ETL pipelines to ensure seamless data flow from various sources to our data warehouse. Building dashboards to analyse the data and create reports that explain and measure the progress, trends and opportunities Working directly with the management to build this new department. Taking care of the improvement of our data architecture and BI tools from scratch. Profil Proven professional experience (3+ years) in BI consulting, data engineering, and data analytics. Proficiency in SQL (e.g.,Elasticsearch) , ETL tools, data warehousing (e.g.,Snowflake) and BI tools (e.g.,Greenfield, Zeppelin,Tableau) Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS , Google Cloud or Microsoft Services. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate and work in teams. Previous work on large projects.
