responsibilities with your personal life and needs. As our B2B Digital
Marketing Lead you will be the first person on the ground to set up
all digital marketing activities at TradeLink. As part of our Demand
Squad you will directly contribute to TradeLink's commercial growth by
generating qualified leads, increasing organic traffic, and boosting
brand awareness through data-driven campaigns. Aufgaben You own the
following four core areas: Inbound Lead Generation You develop and
execute multi-channel digital campaigns to drive high-quality inbound
leads and conversion rates You design campaigns targeting low, mid,
and high-intent audiences Marketing Nurturing You create nurturing
strategies and manage CRM campaigns to engage and move leads through
the marketing funnel You craft personalized, impactful content to
guide prospects and customers across the buyer’s journey Customer
Marketing You collaborate with our Customer Success team to run
marketing campaigns and create materials aimed at customer retention
and expansion Campaign Analytics & Optimization You track, measure,
and report on campaign performance using analytics tools You optimize
campaigns and refine strategies for maximum ROI based on your data
Qualifikation You have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing,
with a focus on inbound lead generation and nurturing campaigns in B2B
SaaS You have experience in crafting targeted messaging and creating
impactful content Youre able to design compelling, customer-centric
marketing campaigns tailored to varying audience intents You have a
data-driven approach to measuring campaign success and optimizing
strategies and the ability to turn insights into actionable
improvements You have hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g.,
HubSpot) , marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms (e.g.,
Google Analytics) and A/B testing You bring expertise in running
campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and or other relevant channels
You're a self-starter and are looking forward to owning marketing
strategies from ideation to execution You'd love to grow with us, be
the first person on ground to build our Digital Marketing function
hands on, and you are passionate about early stage Start Up
