Aufgabengebiet Outsourcing Officer - MaRisk AT 9 No. 10 The Outsourcing Manager has responsibility for all outsourcing activity as the Outsourcing Officer (Auslagerungsbeauftragter). In this capacity, the role must maintain strong relationships internally and with other outsourcing partners. The Outsourcing Manager will have experience, local knowledge and skills to manage, monitor and control outsourcing activities according to local regulatory requirements. Creation and maintenance of all outsourcing documentation (incl. policies and procedures) and reporting as required Point of contact for auditors on all matters relating to outsourcing Support the Information Security Officer Anforderungsprofil Position specific: min. 3-6 years or more of professional experience in the field of outsourcing management in a bank or financial services institution Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements according to KWG,MaRisk, BAIT and the EBA guidelines on outsourcing management Understanding of technology systems and cloud services Very good written and spoken German and English Behavioural Capabilities: Strong relationship/stakeholder management skills High attention to detail Superior communication skills- oral and written Planning and organisational skills Ability to persuade and influence A focus on outcome and delivery Ability and motivation to upskill quickly and strengthen broader regulatory knowledge Drive and maintain a strong risk culture with a relentless focus on initiatives to strengthen the control environment Assess, manage and optimise risk to ensure that financial goals are met within agreed risk appetite levels.
