As Application Integration Developer (f/m/d) you will join one of E.ON’s Digital Technology initiatives. This means becoming a key member of a skilled team of Application Integration experts who will lead, shape, transform and digitize our E.ON businesses across Europe. Activities Analyze and design integration scenarios for various Use Cases across the whole E.ON Group Design and develop complex integration scenarios, integration solutions and services using our portfolio of integration platforms (focusing on MuleSoft, but also MS Azure Integration Services and SAP CI) Continuously evaluate and improve the development process Review and analyze solution designs and development to ensure that Group standards are met and the designed integration scenario fits into the overall integration architecture Collaborate with various stakeholders in and out of feature teams and projects, building state-of-the-art integration scenarios Utilize experience and knowledge across the entire lifecycle, train teams, and share knowledge for better collaboration Requirements Several years of proven experience within the area of enterprise integration Proficiency in a major programming language like Java or Python and proven knowledge of technologies (e.g., JSON, XML, REST / SOAP) and integration solutions (e.g., API, ETL, ESB) Proven experience and knowledge of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (CloudHub, Anypoint Studio, Monitoring, etc.) or similar platforms like WSO2, Tibco, etc. Experience with Agile methodology, as well as design thinking with the ability to gather and collect requirements from end-users and translate them into a design/code Strong team player with a proactive attitude Excellent English and good German communication skills (written & spoken); additional EU languages will be a plus Openness for short business trips across Europe 4-6 times a year Team Oliver Seidel, Teamlead Integration Development Services & Integration Architect at E.ON Digital Technology, is an experienced (and fun!) Line Manager and has been in the business for quite some time. His team consists of 15 colleagues. Oliver is hiring even more colleagues to shape E.ON's future in Digital Technology. He is looking for passionate people who can relate to APIs, middleware solutions and know how to connect systems as well as love to support their colleagues on our tech journey. Application Process 1. Usually the first interview is more of a "get-to-know" with Oliver and a technical Team Lead from Romania to understand your expertise and goals. This call will last around 60 minutes. 2. If everyone feels comfortable after this initial touchpoint, there will be a second interview, where Nikolai Berenbrock, Head of Conversational AI, Integration & SAP Development Services will be present.
