Das dürfen Sie erwarten - Attractive salary and long-term job security through affiliation with the Group - Up to 30 days vacation per year - Contribution to company pension scheme after end of probationary period - Extensive social benefits, including Christmas and vacation bonuses - A permanent employment contract - Good chances of being taken on by our business partners - Targeted training opportunities and free language courses - A wide range of discounts for employees Ihre Aufgaben - Perform surveillance of the Design Organisation by applying airworthiness assurance tools (e.g., audits, scorecards, safety incident assessments) - Investigate findings and safety queries related to development operations and follow up until resolution - Act as the interface between Airworthiness Authorities and the organisation, managing review meetings and ensuring the organisation is prepared for audits - Ensure timely closure of findings and clarification of any queries raised by Airworthiness Authorities - Assess potential hazards identified through the DOA-SMS (Design Organisation Approval - Safety Management System) - Investigate identified issues, define corrective measures, and oversee their implementation - Support and monitor the Engineering Safety Management System (SMS) - Advise the Design Organisation on DOA-related issues and manage the qualification and surveillance of suppliers with design responsibility Unsere Anforderungen - Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent - Several years of experience in engineering, with a focus on certification and regulatory requirements - Knowledge of certification requirements in both military and civil aviation regulations - Experience in auditing, preferably with auditor training - Detailed knowledge of MS Office tools - Experience working with suppliers having design responsibilities is a plus - Fluent in English (negotiation level), German language skills are an advantage - Open-minded, cooperative team player with strong motivation to learn
