E-FARM’s competitive edge originates in a data-driven approach to exploiting market inefficiencies across borders and industry segments. Having just closed a financing round with a leading farm equipment manufacturer and a tech-focused venture capital company, E-FARM is looking for motivated and open-minded talents to further scale its operations. Through our VIN tool, we are able to retrieve all technical data and specific characteristics of a machine based on the serial number and use it in our various applications such as SmartTrade. Through your expertise in the agricultural sector, the function of the VIN tool and other systems continues to be optimized, providing us with the best possible results for our customers. Your challenge You are responsible for the VIN tool, and you optimize its results of through your agricultural technical know-how, so that we can deliver the best possible result for our customers, from lawn mowers to combine harvesters You expand our technical database, e.g. by adding further manufacturers or machine types You translate manufacturer-specific equipment and data from the "manufacturer language" to the "E-FARM language You work closely with our Product & Engineering teams (website, apps, data science, etc.) to make our products even better through your agricultural engineering perspective You will work out app-based questionnaires for individual machine types, making it easier for our customers to publish machines on our portals You are the contact person for our Product & Engineering teams for technical questions about machines Your profile You have a great passion for agricultural technology: you are familiar with agricultural machinery and have a very strong knowledge of its technical details You have a good knowledge of IT or are willing to learn it You are curious to try out new tools and want to expand your technological know-how You are characterized by a structured and analytical way of thinking and working You have the ability to grasp overarching issues and deal with detailed, general questions You spread energy and motivation, paired with enthusiasm and a positive attitude You have strong communication skills, which help you to master the cooperation with internal and external stakeholders You speak English fluently Our proposition The chance to grow with us and to build a successful company together A well-equipped workplace with a company laptop, monitors and headphones Subsidized Swapfiets membership or public transport The possibility to do Workation in EU countries An appreciative atmosphere with fast decision-making processes, in which your ideas are always welcome An open, supportive and fun team from different nations: With us, you will always find someone to help you when questions arise or simply to challenge you to a game of FIFA and Ping-Pong A welcoming office in the heart of Hamburg A monthly company meeting with pizza and drinks to share successes, challenges and progress A special annual company trip Friendly office dogs and lots of fun at work
