Ihre Aufgaben
- Management of appointments for managers with own decision-making
competence including writing logs and follow up actions
- Organization and management of regular working meetings and
technical guidance of colleagues
- Booking and billing of business trips
- Collaboration in planning and monitoring of various budgets, e.g.
staff, travel
- Support Management regarding the team budget and follow up of
milestones
- Ordering of materials, services and equipment as well as dispatch
of documents and materials in compliance with regulatory requirements
and partly
- Supporting in contract negotiations
- Ensuring the flow of targeted communication, mostly on
organizational, administrative and personnel issues, e.g. Create and
send newsletters/announcements
