- Intro Our client, a prestigious legal firm known for its commitment to
excellence and client service, is seeking a highly organized and
detail-oriented Document Specialist to join their team. This is an
excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where legal
expertise and meticulous documentation are paramount. The Document
Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining all
legal documents to ensure their accuracy, quality, and integrity. This
role involves handling confidential and sensitive legal information,
preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with legal standards
and regulatory requirements. Tasks Document Handling: Process and
format extensive documents in both German and English. Case File
Management: Create and maintain electronic case files. Transaction
Support: Assist in transaction management, including support during
signings and closings, and the preparation and dispatch of finalized
originals and transaction bibles. Requirements Education: Completed
vocational training as a foreign language correspondent (m/w/d) or
similar qualification. Experience: Several years of experience in
documentation. Interest: Strong interest in document processing and
transaction management. Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken
German and English. IT Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications.
