- Intro About MatchFast HR MatchFast HR is a Berlin-based HR consultancy
for startups. We are specialised in finding top startup talent in
areas like sales, finance, and tech for high-growth, VC-backed
startups, and scaleups in Germany. Our vast network (WHU, Uni
Mannheim, Stanford GSB) helps us find talent quickly. Our founder is a
serial entrepreneur who founded a venture fund and has worked at
companies like Goldman Sachs, HV Capital, Rocket Internet, and others.
He is also an active angel investor. Our clients and angel investments
are funded by some of the world's most well-known investors, including
Sequoia Capital, Y Combinator, and many others. Tasks As an Account
Manager at MatchFast HR, you will be responsible for building and
maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Your primary focus
will be on ensuring the success of our clients' recruitment projects
and identifying opportunities to help even beyond the pre-defined
project scope. You will work closely with our internal team to
coordinate project activities and ensure the timely delivery of
high-quality solutions. Your responsibilities Serve as the primary
point of contact for our clients throughout the recruitment process
Manage client expectations and provide regular updates on project
progress Collaborate with our internal team to develop and implement
recruitment strategies and solutions Conduct regular check-ins with
clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement Provide
guidance and support to clients throughout the recruitment process
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and project
documentation Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
to ensure the success of our clients' recruitment projects
Requirements Apprenticeship or Bachelor's degree in business a
business related field First experience in account management or
customer success, preferably in the recruiting or HR industry You have
great English communication skills and are preferably fluent in German
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proven track
record of building and maintaining strong client relationships Ability
to work independently and as part of a team High level of organisation
and attention to detail Experience working in a startup environment is
a plus Experience with CRM software and project management tools is a
