Aufgaben As an Account Manager (m/f/d) at AGICAP, you will pursue one of our main goals, the satisfaction of our rapidly growing customer base. You are the contact person for all questions concerning the tool and support companies in planning their finances and liquidity. You will receive the expertise you need from the AGICAP core team. During O nboarding (2-4 weeks), you will receive comprehensive training in support for our online tool and our work processes. As a trained AGICAP expert, you will then represent AGICAP to our most important target group, our customers, and ensure a sense of achievement. You are responsible for managing, maintaining and developing the client portfolio. You will do this in particular by taking an interest in the activities, challenges and needs of clients and helping them to achieve their goals with Agicap. You support our customers in the optimal and long-term use of Agicap through your expertise in cash management and accounting. You are actively responsible for delivering webinars and product presentations to multiple clients. You will develop new material as required to keep customers up to date. You are responsible for ensuring that our software is actively used and that our customers are equipped with new functions. You identify and qualify upsell opportunities. You contribute to the direct further development of our product by passing on customer feedback to the product team. Communicate your knowledge and ideas to improve processes to further develop the team. Qualifikation You have completed your studies in the form of a Bachelor's or Master's degree You have already gained plenty of practical experience - ideally in the finance or software sector, in sales or in an early-stage start-up Clear goals spur you on - you are action-oriented and analytical in your approach You have also demonstrated your structured approach in past projects and have strong negotiation skills You speak German at C2+ level and are also business fluent in English Benefits You can expect an attractive salary package including bonus and uncapped commission You will be part of a young, dynamic team with global team events in picturesque Lyon You will benefit from an open feedback culture You have the opportunity to work remotely from time to time You will receive over €100/month (tax free) as an allowance in addition to your meal - simply via app You will receive state-of-the-art work equipment, incl.
