Berlin/Germany. They are seeking a motivated and self-driven Account
Executive to join our dynamic team. As a crucial member of our trading
team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operations
of our innovative marketplace, connecting buyers and suppliers
globally. Tasks Facilitate and oversee transactions on the marketplace
to ensure seamless trade between buyers and suppliers. Collaborate
with both buyers and suppliers to address any issues, inquiries, or
challenges that may arise during the trading process. Stay informed
about market trends, product demand, and industry dynamics to make
informed trading decisions. Conduct regular analysis of trade data and
provide insights to enhance trading strategies. Build and maintain
strong relationships with both buyers and suppliers to foster
long-term partnerships. Address any concerns or feedback from clients
and work towards effective problem resolution. Work closely with the
technology team to provide feedback on platform functionality and
contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure all trades
comply with relevant regulations and internal policies. Stay
up-to-date with industry regulations and contribute to the development
of compliance protocols. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business,
Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. You have
prior experience in Business Development, Sales, Key Account
Management or Account Management You possess excellent German language
skills and good English language skills Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work
environment. Basic understanding of national and international trade
