Yoffix is the all-in-one SaaS platform for hybrid offices which is
enabling the transition to New Work models in all business sizes. We
are a Berlin-based start-up aiming to revolutionize the way we work!
With Yoffix, businesses can easily manage flexible office and remote
workplaces with shared desks, meeting rooms and track office
attendance. Customers can bring employees together and optimize office
use by >50%. We are searching for an Account Executive - D/A/CH+
(f/m/d) to join our fast-paced growing team and take on full
responsibility for converting sales leads into customers. The core
sales region is the D/A/CH market but also other European countries.
Tasks Proactively generating new business leads and building a sales
pipeline with companies from business customers in SMB, SME and
Enterprise. Proactively contact potential business customers, existing
leads and prospects by telephone, video call social media and E-mail.
Convert leads to customers using sales methodologies like BANT and/or
MEDDIC. Maintaining CRM database and documentation of the sales
process. Presenting and demonstrating the value of our software to
prospective buyers by telephone, in video calls and at the customer
on-site, mainly in D/A/CH but also in other European countries.
Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle
to ensure needs are being met. Building long-lasting relationships
with customers to create a positive customer experience. in video
calls and at the customer on-site, mainly in D/A/CH but also in other
European countries. Handling complaints and negotiations. Negotiate
prices with clients. Report weekly sales, objectives, pipeline details
and forecast to your manager. Attend networking events, community
events and hearings to generate leads. Attend training to stay up to
date with the specifications of new products and service offerings.
Requirements You are energetic, competitive, confident, persistent,
commission-oriented, and most importantly with a distinct hunter
mentality. You have more than 2-3 years of experience in direct
outbound sales with a strong track record of achieving sales quota.
You have experience in SaaS sales and in using sales methodologies
like BANT and/or MEDDIC. You are analytical and CRM-driven with very
strong communication and presentation skills. You are native German
and fluency in English. Another European language is a plus. Benefits
