We are actively seeking a dynamic and innovative AI Co-Founder (future CAIO) (f/m/d) to join Aiones. If you have a passion for AI, a drive for innovation, and a desire to be at the forefront of technological advancements, this is the opportunity for you. Tasks Responsibilities: Co-create and drive the vision for Aiones Hands-on development of our systems and product lineup Oversee and manage ML / LLM model development and deployment Build and lead a talented technical team, fostering collaboration and innovation Bridge the gap from strategy to implementation Take action in other areas of the venture when and where needed Requirements What you bring to the team: Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a demanding startup environment Effective communication and collaboration skills Strong knowledge of chat- and document-based classification and extraction Well experienced with different types of databases (e.g. Graph / Vector / Relational) Expertise with ML Ops, as well as model training, evaluation and deployment cycles Deeply interested in applied machine learning use-cases Fluent in English, German or any other languages are a plus Previous startup experience is a plus Benefits What We Offer: Co-Founding Opportunity: Shape our technology vision, strategy, and team as a core member including company equity Hybrid-Remote Policy: Three out of four weeks a month, you can work from everywhere in the world - one week a month we spend time on-site in Vienna Funding-Enabled Compensation: Once we have secured the required funding / profitability, you’ll receive a competitive founder salary Closing We are looking for someone ready to embark on this journey with us, leveraging their skills and passion to create something truly transformative.
